1. Definitions and Interpretation

3.5 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. 4. Account Verification (KYC)

4.1 bai88 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. bai88 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. bai88 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. 5.3 Currency

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.2 Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be made from funds attributed to that bonus. 6.5 Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting technical errors — will result in cancellation of the bonus, recovery of any winnings derived from it, and potential suspension of the Account.

7. Gameplay Rules and Betting

7.1 Each game and betting market available on the bai88 platform is governed by its own Game Rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable Game Rules before placing any bet or wager.

7.2 All bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets may not be cancelled or amended by the Player except where explicitly permitted within the Game Rules of a specific market (e.g., cash-out features where available).

7.3 In the event of a technical fault, system error, or manifest pricing error, bai88 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the staked amount to the relevant Accounts. bai88 will not be liable for winnings that result from a demonstrable technical error.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bai88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:
